On March 22, 2024, the 32nd Board of Directors, during the Board of Directors’ special meeting at the CAPGEM Boardroom, CAPGEM Building, Cor. 13th Aguinaldo St., Bacolod City, passed Board Resolution No. 24-03-0079 Series of 2024 entitled: A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDUCT OF CAPGEM COMMUNITY MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE 33rdANNUAL REGULAR GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING (ARGAM) 2024 AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS.

Thus, due notice is hereby given to all Members Entitled To Vote (METV)of Capgem Community Multi-Purpose Cooperative that the 33rd Annual Regular General Assembly Meeting (ARGAM) is on April 9, 2024, at the SMX Convention Center in Bacolod City.

Relative to the foregoing, we invite your attention to the attached Board Resolution No. 24-03-0080, entitled: GENERAL GUIDELINES ON THE CONDUCT OF THE 33RDANNUAL REGULAR GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING (ARGAM), for the compliance of all members.
